To adhere to Microsoft licensing, changes concerning accounts have occurred.
Microsoft Imagine is a perk that is available to current employees/students each semester who are enrolled in qualifying programs:
All students/employees currently enrolled in qualifying courses other than IST & EET will have Microsoft Imagine Standard access. (Qualifying classes: ACC, BUS, MTH, CAD, CIV, MET, QCT, PHY, CAM, CHM, BIO, AIM, SKT, AUT, CAT, DSL, OAD) Faculty/students currently enrolled in or teaching an IST or EET course will have Microsoft Imagine Premium access.
Microsoft Imagine accounts expire at the end of each semester, and are created after the second week of class has completed each semester.
If you receive the error that you are not eligible to download specific software, you are likely trying to download software that is only accessible to Premium accounts. A chart of software that is available can be found here: https://www2.owens.edu/faq/entry/71/
